Additional conditions
Rules can be further customized to combine multiple conditions to help you tailor your delivery strategy more effectively. The distance rules can be further combined with conditions such as:
- Products in the customer cart
- Products from specific categories or supplier in the customer cart
- Specific products in the cart
- Day and time
Create as many rules as you like for your store, each targeting different carriers / distances / products / cart total etc.
Some examples of the type of rules that can be created:
Example 1
Only show "Local Delivery" carrier for delivery distances less than 10km
Example 2
"Food Delivery" carrier shipping cost is 5.00 € for under 10km, add an additional 2.50€ for up to 20km and hide this carrier for distances over 20km.
Example 3
Charge an additional 5.00 € delivery for any products from Category B or Category C.
Example 4
Hide "Carrier B" shipping option on Wednesday mornings.
Example 5
Only show "Carrier B" for distances above 10km and where the cart total is greater than 100 €
